Shipping Information
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping times can take longer during busy periods as most of the items in our shore are custom-made to your specifications.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days or until the matter is resolved.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected to protect breakages during transit. We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and we experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable. We will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Breakage in transit must be reported within five working days of receiving the goods.
